Question: How much is admission fee?

Answer: Adults: 500 JPY, Children under 12: 300 JPY, Children 3 or under: Free
In case of group visiting (over 15 people), please call us. Or please let us know when you visit.

Question: Do you have parking lots and bicycle parking lots?

Answer: Sorry, we don’t have a parking lot for cars and bicycles. Please use parking lots near Doll’s museum. Do NOT park in Nshi Chaya district.

Question: Can I use my ticket again?

Sorry, you can use your entry ticket only once. However, you can come back to doll’s shop once more on the day. If you would like to enter again, please let us know.

Question: What is guide tour?

Answer: Basically, we hold guide tour with a staff so that you will know about Japanese doll more. We prepare minimum descriptions because we presuppose you join guide tour. We make an effort to create a great environment for all visitors. We hope you will understand that.
